Exmouth Town’s growing links with local business has continued with the news of the latest ‘signing’ which just happens to be a local business run by someone who is etched into the very fabric of football.
Antonio’s Ice cream Parlour and coffee house at 9, The Strand, Exmouth, has become the latest business to join the Exmouth Town Supporters Club (ETSC) business scheme.
Antonio’s are kindly offering members of the supporters group 10 per cent off ice creams, milkshakes and waffles on production of their ETSC membership card .
Antonio’s join other local businesses such as The point bar and grill, The Barton Car Company, The Exmouth Barber, Ewe Move sales and letting and Flip out, Somerset, in offering members a discount.
Antonio’s is run by Tony Badcott who is no stranger to football at both youth and senior levels locally and he is well known in Exeter City circles. Tony has three sons, Tom, Chris and Dan, who all play the game and are currently all on the books at Feniton.
Speaking about the latest business to sign up, Martin Cook says: “Hopefully these incentives will give our supporters a chance to put something back into local businesses who have had a tough period during the pandemic.
On a personal note it’s great to back Tony, who I know is a good football man!
