East Devon-based football followers are spoilt for choice with regards to where they can go to watch Saturday afternoon football with Axminster Town, Honiton Town and Sidmouth Town all at home in South West Peninsula League Premier East action.

Axminster Town, who have had 10 days off since their last outing, entertain Crediton United at Tiger Way (3pm). Honiton Town, with Ben Ede looking after the Hippos for the first time as ‘interim boss’ following the midweek departure of Liam Raybauld, host Dartmouth while Sidmouth Town will be looking to end a run of nine straight defeats when they entertain an Elburton Villa side who will arrive at Manstone Lane hoping to chalk up their first win of the league season.

Table-topping Ottery St Mary travel to Torpoint Athletic.

In the Scott Richards Solictors Devon League no less than four of the day’s North & East Division games are being staged in East Devon!

Budleigh Salterton host Clyst Valley, Exmouth Town Reserves entertain Newtown, Feniton play host to Alphington and , Topsham Town are at home to North Molton Sports.

In the Joma Devon & Exeter League the top game, in terms of the Premier Division, is the one at the Adam Brice Tyres Washbrook Meadows home of Ottery St Mary with the Otters taking on Beer Albion in an East Devon derby. Lyme Regis also have home advantage for their meeting with Lapford.
